Writing for Wellbeing Taster Session with Claire Williamson

Claire will be running small group taster sessions in writing for wellbeing at the Chepstow Therapy Rooms. The group will be trying out writing exercises that promote a positive and healthy wellbeing in a nurturing and friendly environment, with the possibility of starting a monthly group.

 

The dates the sessions will be running are:

Wed 13th June 2018, 11:00am – 12:30pm

Wed 4th July 2018, 11:00am – 12:30pm

 

Tickets are £5.

Claire Williamson is Programme Leader for Metanoia Institute's MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes. Claire is a prize winning writer and author of four published books exploring the grieving experience, different families, challenging family relationships, resilience, parenthood and identity. Claire has worked in a range of settings including: addiction recovery, cancer care, bereavement, different abilities, youth groups and education (from primary to lifelong learning).
