Experience
Writer in the community for many years, especially using poetry to assist communication with people living with dementia. Work also includes other vulnerable groups; sight loss, hospices and survivors of domestic abuse. Ran poetry on prescription project called Emergency Poet at festivals, conferences, schools and libraries for 9 years. Now run a small bookshop and poetry arts centre the Poetry Pharmacy.
