Running creative sessions for various therapeutic groups e.g. for cancer patients at a Maggie's Centre, Birth Trauma Recovery group; a monthly Write for Growth workshop; journalling group Way With Words; leading events for Retreat House, Chester; CPD Training Workshops in Therapeutic Writing for Health Professionals. Author of five books including Making the Most of Mid-life, Writing our Faith and a poetry collection Chester City Walls. Poetry has appeared in online publications and been anthologised.
