Description:
Four writing workshops on exploring feelings around the impact of the coronavirus. Each workshop is stand alone or can be taken as part of a series of four.
We’ve all been affected by the pandemic in different ways. While for some, lockdown may have been a continuation of the kind of life they had been living, aspects of it even almost welcome, for many it came as a shock.
These workshops will allow us to explore emotions and feelings we’ve experienced, focussing on themes such as lockdown, the pandemic in general, social distancing and the ‘new normal,’ using gentle writing activities and sharing writing but only if desired.
