The Kent and Sussex Writing for Wellbeing Network is a group for people involved or wanting to be involved in writing for wellbeing across Sussex and Kent and commited to the development of professional good practice in this endeavour. We run workshops, talks and share information quarterly, in Canterbury, Tonbridge, Hastings and Lewes. Our next meeting will be in Lewes and will focus on the use of Writing for Wellbeing in end of life care although there will be much from that session which is transferable to other groups and settings. It will be an experiential and fun morning that will extend into lunch for those who would like to.
