We are looking forward to seeing as many members of our community as possible at this year’s annual general meeting (AGM).
The AGM is a fantastic opportunity to come together as a community, look back on our progress over the last year, and look ahead to what might come next.
We are delighted that Val Watson will lead a writing exercise as part of the AGM.
And, as we announced in October, we will be inviting members to vote on a special resolution. Even if you can’t join us on the day, you can still have your say.
Read on for full details of the meeting and how to take part.
About the event
As well as a writing exercise led by Val Watson, the AGM is your chance to hear from the Lapidus Board about progress over the last year and our proposed future direction.
Our annual report can be accessed here.
We also invite you to vote on a special resolution, namely, that Lapidus converts from a private company, limited by guarantee, to a community interest company (CIC), again limited by guarantee.
See here for full details of the special resolution.
Members attending the AGM live online on Wednesday 19th November will have a chance to vote on the special resolution during the meeting. Full details will be given in the meeting.
If you cannot attend the AGM but would still like to have your say, you can cast your vote via our online form.
Please note that the deadline for casting pre-AGM votes is 12 noon on Tuesday 18th November.
