Writing for Wellbeing: I’ve worked with a number of closed groups including projects for adults returning to education, adults with learning difficulties, women on probation and residents in a local Care Home. Schools: In 2012 I set up Story Play CIC to provide arts enrichment activities for children and their families. These programmes include Storytelling, Storytelling & Drama, Poetry & Creative Writing and Wellbeing Workshops. I often work in Forest Schools and other outdoor settings. Performance: I write, produce and perform my own work for studio theatre venues, art galleries and village halls. My current show ‘Watchers of the Skies’ traces my grandmother’s discovery of ancient astronomy within Homer’s epic poems. The piece includes biographical and autobiographical storytelling, poetry, myth and music. Books: ‘The Woodcutter’s Tale’ will be published in September 2019.
