Creative Mindfulness writing workshop
Couldn’t we all use a bit more mindfulness? It’s all about focusing on whatever on you are doing – whether it’s what’s in front of you right now, or something imaginative, or ways to centre and calm your mind. Join us for some lovely writing activities which can help you find that mindful focus in a creative way! All this in the welcoming atmosphere of Thought Foundation. No previous writing experience needed, all writing levels welcome. You never have to read aloud anything you have written. Just come and give it a go and enjoy this creativity-inspiring venue with like-minded and friendly people.
