I use art and therapeutic writing as counselling tools when working with adults.
Before I retrained as an arts counsellor I was a professional hand embroiderer working with historic textiles, teaching, repairing, and giving talks.

Skills & Interests
I paint, write and perform at open mic poetry events. I walk on the South Downs Way regularly, I particularly like hills; walking up them and the views when I get there.
