Skills & Interests
As both a therapist and creative facilitator, I’m committed to helping people express themselves more freely and expansively as a way of processing past experiences and finding greater inner peace.
I understand how difficult it can be (especially initially) to share one’s innermost thoughts and feelings. I therefore aim to create a compassionate and warm environment in which one can discover the joy and empowerment in witnessing one’s own inner life take form and meaning on the page.
