Skills & Interests
– I have written a journal since I was a teenager – a lifetime lifeline.
– I am fascinated by the magical effects of therapeutic writing – writing things down helps manage thoughts and emotions (from the soup in my brain to concrete words on the page); it enables spaciousness and new shifts of perspective
– I aim to create a safe therapeutic space for others with gentle and playful writing prompts, including seasonal prompts to encourage coming into the present
– I love reading, healthy food, yoga and dance.
