“The way to stay inspired and motivated is by doing what you like, doing what you love.” – Raphael Saadiq

Shaping our dreams and moulding them into reality can be a challenge, especially when we are not clear about our goals or which direction to take. Consequently we can often discard them to our detriment, and miss out on doing what we love.

If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, and you want to plan today for tomorrow’s success, then this workshop is for you.

Let’s explore together and discover new ways to reconnect with your intuition and passions, using poetry, conversation, creative and self-reflective writing activities. We will develop a compelling plan to get you motivated to achieve your goals and ambitions.

Who is this workshop for?

This experiential workshop is for anyone who wants to awaken or reconnect with their dream, who enjoys journaling, writing for personal development or professional development, or who is interested in using therapeutic writing with groups and individuals.

No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

Please bring a notebook and something to write with.

CPD certificates provided for those attending the workshop for continuing professional development (CPD) purposes.
