This small supportive group will explore expressive, reflective and therapeutic writing for practitioners in the helping professions. We will also explore the healing art of poetry therapy. Come and develop your creativity and resilience both personally and professionally. Facilitated by Pam Winter an experienced accredited counsellor and supervisor who is also currently working towards credentialed status as a poetry therapy facilitator with the IFPT.

Starts Friday 1st November 9.30-1.30 Monthly for 6 sessions
